Went there today food was good. Went to use the men's room and it was totally disgusting. There was 1 urinal and 2 toilets There was a bag over the urinal that said out of order. The one toilet was covered in feces and overflowing. If I would have went in there before dinner, I would have walked out before eating Management of this Applebee's should be ashamed of themselves. The owner needs to fire the manager. I've seen cleaner men's room in gas stations...👎
outside 74 degrees. walk in and your forehead is instantly cold. host can't lower temp. manager claims it's cold bc the kitchen is hot. end result...left without eating.
I had a doordash order stolen tonight and the manager on duty Joey was absolutely phenomenal. I called regarding the stolen order and he told me the steps I would need to take plus offered his personal assistance with a phone call to doordash. He went out of his way to call doordash knowing they most likely wouldn’t speak with him because he was not the person who placed the initial order.
