Ended up getting food to go for a stay in home date night, started from the bottom of the chicken up and cut into the chicken pretty tough just to find out it was raw still. Called manager and gave us a gift card but no point tbh.
The food is hot and delicious! The manager Tony takes his time to make sure we are well taken care of and our server Jasmine is really attentive and friendly! We feel zero stress as parents coming here, it’s an amazing kid-friendly atmosphere!
Must be this place changed owners recently. The food was lack luster at best. The server was not much better if not worse. The floors had food on them under the tables. Obviously not swept. Then the server had the gull to sit an older couple at that table. How disrespectful and lazy on the servers part. The booth we sat at had hair on the window ledge. Ionia Applebee's not that long ago was a good place to dine at and was clean. What happened!
