Very good service. Manager checked in with us after food arrived. Clean restaurant. Consistent quality of food. Their perfect margaritas is perfect.
It all started with the hosts as my 13 yr old son and I arrived at Applebee's, we were excited to enjoy the Olympics together, ideally seated at a high top by the bar where we could get a good view of every event of the Olympics. I ordered a to go meal. When I got home I was disappointed because my order was incorrect. I called to let the restaurant know my frustration. One of the managers - Tony made it difficult for me to stay frustrated. He was so kind. He listened intently to my frustration and came up with a resolve quickly. I am so appreciative of his customer service that despite the mix up I have to give them 5 stars for service.
Applebees in Middletown, De has excellent customer service. Our server Kaylin (excuse the incorrect spelling of server name, if it's misspelled). The atmosphere was friendly and it felt like home. My party of four had a nice time. We will be visiting Applebee's in Middletown, De. Again. My party of four stated the food was on point and delicious. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends, family, and colleagues.
