We had a small problem when picking up an order. Normally everything is great at your restaurant. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given to Abby. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She was able to satisfy my concerns immediately and did so in a very pleasant manner. So I just wanted to let you know and the public know that your restaurant is great, but Abby is the best.
Why not eat at Applebee's? Decent food served quickly with good service.
