Great, quick friendly and helpful.
Me and my parents came to eat here a couple weeks ago, and the food and service was so awful that we walked out without eating or paying (which we've never ever done before). First off, the restaurant was not that busy. Several tables were finishing up and walking out as we arrived, so the restaurant was definitely not at full capacity. Ordered a Captain Bahama Mama. The pic looked like it was a frozen drink. It was on the rocks. We couldn't taste any alcohol at all and she's a light weight. It tasted like a virgin drink. The appetizers were okay.
Pulled into Applebee’s during a beach road trip, expecting a casual, reliable meal after driving 8 hours. I ordered traditional bone-in wings and a beer. Five minutes later, the bartender came back and told me they only had six wings. I said, “No problem, just finish the rest with boneless.” Simple request—or so I thought.
