My boyfriend and I come here to eat a lot. We never had any issues except tonight. My food was cold. We waited over an hour for our food. I ordered broccoli in my pasta, I couldn't even eat it, it was rock hard. The noodles in the pasta were hard and stuck together. My plate around the edges was very dirty and you could see finger prints all over it. Won't be going back for a long time.
It's Applebee's...the food is usually ok, the drinks are tasty, but lack alcohol, the atmosphere is loud and crowded on a weekend. The service is pretty good considering how busy they are. You might get confused as to who your server actually is because they all ask you if you need anything! It wasn't a long wait for a table and the food didn't take too long.
