I experienced a profoundly unsatisfactory dining experience at this Applebee's location, which I consider to be the poorest service and food quality I have encountered across the entire franchise. I am particularly perplexed by the substandard quality of the Caesar salad. Consequently, I intend to contact the local establishment next week, followed by the corporate office, to request a full refund of $89.
My favourite place
Ordered delivery. Opened the container and there was a very strong smell, almost fish like and I had ordered chicken. I also ordered the new pickle fries. As you can see from the picture they were completely burnt, like no actual pickle to be found and so greasy. I’m shocked they even served that. Threw both items out and will not be ordering here again.
My Asian salad was all croutons and no lettuce. Disgusting. The waitress literally ignored us for 45 minutes before we ordered and when we asked for a new one I think they retaliated by messing up my order. I didn't even have utensils to eat when the food did arrive. And the world series was on so it was SO LOUD! I hated it and wasted money honestly.
