My husband and I go to Applebee's every year on Halloween as it's our anniversary. I was hesitant after reading the reviews. But we came anyways. Everything was wonderful. Even though my spinach artichoke dip was literally ice cold. The manager came directly to us to apologize and gave us a free appetizer for our next visit. From the moment we walked in on a busy holiday until we left, the service and environment was outstanding. Thank you. We felt valued as customers.
Despite a minor food oops, the staff and manager handled it very well. The waiter was very attentive. And even though it was quite busy and a holiday, they had our meals to us very quickly. We will absolutely be going back soon.
It's a great place! Wonderful people.
