this place is absolutely a disgrace. for 1 we waited on curbside for atleast 30 min to an hour as we were already there after the time it was “supposed” to be ready. for 2 we had 3 employees come out and ask the name for the order and told them and they said “they are bringing it out” ended up waiting 10-15 more min after that. for 3 my bf got a burger…got home, opened the box and there was no bun or anything with the burger and the burger was raw ash and chewy😒. for 4 i got alfredo w no chicken and no broccoli…well i got a... read more
Food was excellent!! Service was better.
We ordered curbside pickup and had to wait an hour xtra 20 minutes for our food. Once we got home and opened the stapled bag we meal was missing. I called and asked if they would replace it and I had to go through a complete run around but finally got the meal and it was cold and not worth carrying home and I was told they would not refund any money
Ordered curb side. Was not able to check on line when I arrived so I walk in. The website stated our order complete. You have to hunt for a staff member. No one acknowledges you standing there. I was told that they were waiting on the pasta entrees. It was another 10 minutes. When we got home with our food the pasta was far from fresh or hot. The noodles were mushy. So me and my adult son went here to eat today and had to leave minutes after ordering our food. We had a waitress who called herself Teresa (T momma) who was over talkative from the get go. So we ordered our drinks and then after a few moments ordered our food. While she was taking our order she was talking so much and appeared to have something in her mouth eating it all while spitting pieces of food on my sons napkin and shirt.
