Food & staff were great. Sitting area was a bit chilly.
Sat at bar and waited 10 plus minutes for drink order and nearly another 10 to be served drinks. Food is as expected from a chain, but also took what seemed like abnormally long to receive a salad and burger. I don't have high expectations for a chain such as this, the one thing I do expect is prompt service. Next time I'll sit at a table and use the electronic iPad order taker. Meanwhile I overheard the wait staff complaining about their low pay and lack of raises.... go figure.
The other weak I ordered steak and mashed potatoes they gave me the smallest steak, again went back for chicken wings they were stale and very dry they weren't fresh
It's a normal Applebee's. The place was pretty empty on game day and the dollar drinks tasted like sugar water. Not too crazy out of the norm for a chain like that but kind of expected a little more than a sugar bloat after a few drinks. The mozzarella sticks were cold, but the entrées were nice and hot when they came out. Our server was awesome and was very attentive.
