Went in to try to enjoy dinner, 10 minutes for drinks, about an hour in we ask about the food to be told the internet glitched. Terrible service and bad excuses, unless the drinks are separated from the food.
Wow. just dined here and i’m impressed. last time i came it was mediocre however this time around idk what changed but this place has stepped up. food portions were crazy!! food was amazing! super kind server. wish i caught his name. But wow im impressed i had to take home a bunch of leftovers.
Got our drinks after 20 minutes, only to be told an hour later that our order was never put in after being told that a lack of help in the kitchen was the reason for the wait. We just paid our drink tabs and left. Careless, both in attitude and procedure, and we won't be back and discourage others from trying.
Chrissy was our server. My dad Zach orders me chx penne all the time. The server Chrissy is the ONE AND ONLY server who can ever make sure my order is right. She is the best server of all time.
We always have the best time at Applebees in Walla Walla. Thanks to Hanna’s outstanding customer service, it makes our experience every time more than perfect!
