I was told by an employee here that the manager who worked the evening of February 22nd 2026 went to the back and told a group of employees that she "has never wanted to say the "N-word" so bad in her life" in reference to black patrons in the establishment that night. Apparently this white manager doesn't celebrate Black History month to say the least. But to say the most, there is a racist serving black people there food here. I would refrain from dining there if you are black. At least until that manager is fired.

Standard Applebee's experience. But I am writing this to say that if you get the chance, ask for Izzy to be your server. AWESOME service. Highly recommend sitting in her section if the opportunity presents itself. 👌🏻

Absolutely worst experience ever we went on a random Thursday night about 8 pm so it was extremely dead inside which is fine. However what was not ok was the service the waitress absolutely forgot to bring our food over and was talking to another table about random crap for 15-20 minutes. She even forgot to put in one of the orders. 20 minutes later when she was done chatting she brings our food over and it was extremely cold. No tonic served at this location. No bloody Mary mix available. Great server "Era" apologized. No manager responded except to clarify no tonic, bloody Mary mix. Took 15 minutes before I was informed. Food was good. A quiet Sunday night. Won't be going back.
