Went for a quick dinner with my husband and was instantly greeted by Nan. She made sure to accommodate our seat preference and welcomed us with warm and charismatic conversation. Throughout our time, she came to check on us and make sure we were okay. Our waitress, Izzy, was extremely bubbly and kind. She our drinks and food were brought out in a timely manner, and she even engaged in pleasant conversation with us. Both Nan and Izzy are superb at what they do and are great assets to the Applebee’s experience!
Richmond ave location is where we were. Staff and food were great. Sat at the bar and Alexa the bartender was phenomenal. Great value.
We sat at the bar and Alexa was our server tonight and her service was EXCELLENT!!! she was very attentive polite and had great personality!!
