Me and my husband wanted to give Applebees a try again but we only reminded ourselves on why we stopped going. Placed our order for Togo at 10:15 only to receive our food at 11:20. We she said only 20 minutes. No discount was given , not even a care was given from Management or the team. But they made sure that DoorDash was taken care of. Do BETTER !!!!
Was told itll be an 30 minutes to an hour wait to get seated , All because everyone was taking a break. I wasnt the only person that turned around and left.
When we went, we were actually seated quite fast, but as we told the waiter the drinks and she left, she didnt come back until after about 20 mins. When we finally ordered, we waited and waited for about an hour and 5 mins until they brought it out, which by that point, it was cold and my family was at the point of falling asleep. Overall, its fine, but if you're looking for a consistently good service restaurant, this is not the place.
Me and hubby use to visit Applebee's when we dated, now married for 29 years went back after years and the food still good. 1st time trying this salad 10/10 sooo good. Will be going back.
