My wife and I came here. To eat dinner on our anniversary, celebrating 11 years of marriage. We were on the road driving home from our vacation and decided to stop by Applebee's. We’re @ the Olive Branch location & the customer service sucks. My husband & I cane into the restaurant @ 10:10 pm & the oriental young man asked where we wanted to sit & we said at the high tops booths around the bar .We walked to the booths & sat down & he walked away & we didn’t receive any menus . The bartender came over after 10 minutes after we sat down & gave us 2 menus . She then asked what did we want to eat & my said give us a minute. I got the grilled chicken salad with strawberries. A bagged salad from the grocery store is better than this. It was swimming in dressing and I couldn’t even eat the lettuce.
