The restaurant was was clean, the service and food was excellent. The only negative was the music was too loud. My companion and I had to lean in to talk.
I placed an order to go and when I got there to pick up I was greeted immediately and the food was almost ready. It was actually ready within 2 minutes of the time they initially gave me and the food was absolutely fresh and amazing. We had steaks chicken and multiple appetizers and they were all great. Highly reccomend.
I had a very disappointing experience at Applebee’s because of the bartender, Brenda. From the moment my date and I sat at the bar, we felt ignored. She checked on every other customer around us but rarely acknowledged us. Whenever we asked for something, Brenda came across as rude and seemed irritated that we were asking. Instead of providing friendly customer service, she responded with an attitude that made us feel unwelcome. Where do I start. There were only two employees trying to operate the whole restaurant. We sat for thirty minutes before we even got a glass of water. The Bar was absolutely disgusting and the waiter was rude and after waiting an hour for our food the order was wrong. I understand his frustration being the only waiter but it’s not the customers fault. This Applebees recently opened back up but they are not looking good to stay open operating like this.
Went for my daughter birthday and the food was horrible. We literally sat and waited over an hour for our food people came in after us got there food hot and fresh and even had left by the time we received cold food over cooked old rice food smelled and looked un appealing did not eat it put it n to go boxes and trashed it a waste of time and money Never Again
