They take all day even if they are not full 20 minutes to sit you even when they are empty
The staff is the worst I've ever seen the restaurant wasn't even at half capacity and I waited over 45 minutes for food for it to come out wrong because the waiter who was a "manager" didn't bother to write the order down. If I could give them 0 stars I would. There were tons of staff but none of them had enough motivation to do anything.
It was a very poor experience to say the least. The server was more concerned about my kids than she was her job. Let’s start by them not having any kids menus. We had to figure that out ourselves what their menu was. All of our food came out 5 minutes apart. None of us ate together. I ordered a special item based on a sauce that I specifically ordered(would have ordered something different). If I could give 0 stars I would. Order a chicken fajitas rollup and they give me two chicken tacos UPSIDE DOWN! Also didnt give the correct side for my mother's meal. Ill never go back, so disappointed.
Came in with my sisters to have some girl time.. but had a horrible experience. Was lied to about the sprinkle in my cocktail. Was asked right away about should the bill be split or on the same bills food was cold. And was treated poorly. After this experience I am not sure if I will visit an Applebee’s again. Very disappointing. #why?
