Showed up at 10:55 pm and the door stated it closes at midnight. Doors were locked and staff came to the door and said it was take out only.
The fries tasted like smoke , ordered medium stake but gave us a still ,hard ,stake, the Alfredo pasta didn’t come whit chicken even though in the menu it said chicken included. Had to wait a long time to be seated
Wanted to enjoy some drinks on Saturday. The host said “The bar is closed because there was no bartender. There’s a 20 minute wait for all orders because there’s two parties going on and they needed to catch up with the orders”. How unprofessional. How are you a bar and grill when you 1. Don’t have a bartender and 2. Don’t have the sense to staff enough people to run the place. We walked right out and have no intentions to ever return to this hood Applebees.
Would not recommend this location! Waited about 55 mins for the food to come. Then the appetizers were delivered to the wrong table. The chips were falling off the plate and touching the servers shirt. She then took the food from their table and brought it over. My sizzling plate was hot but the food was luke warm. It was overall horrible. I sent everything back and left there over an hour later, still hungry!! The servers were nice though.
Super shitty customer service. Waited for literally 45 minutes and they said the wait time was just 5 minutes. There were three other groups waiting with us and all of us walked away when they didn’t give us good service. On top of that almost all tables were free just two occupied tables. Why keep the restaurant open when you guys are unable to serve anyone?
