Horrible place some of the food was cold and took and hour to get appetizer came out after food arrived service just sucked if I could give a negative response it would be a -20 don't waste ur time going here in would give zero stars
By far the absolute worse experience at any Applebee's in my life. The food was bland and salty at best. Server was very inattentive. Also placed a pick up order with a 45 min lead time and order was very late and missing items. Avoid this place at all costs.
New ownership won't save this place, if the tariffs don't crash and burn the restaurant, their lack of workers and lack of awareness will. How hard is it to read the order? Why are one of my set of wings plain when they should be Garlic Parm for my wife? Why did I arrive at 6:29 like it said and I actually sat outside curbside for 27 minutes before my wife just went in and saw tons of food just sitting there? Way too long. 2 hours to have dinner!! Mozzarella sticks and drinks took forever.(water and lemonade) Chicken Alfredo dry and breadstick hard and crunchy. Sat for an hour after eating to wait for boxes and check. OMG.
Got the worst food poisoning of my life here, thanks to the mashed potatoes. My 7 year old too. I was so sick for 5 days. I couldn't eat or even drink. I went to the ER for fluids. Luckily my son ate less than me and didn't get it as bad as I did.
