I placed an online order and got the pasta with the chicken and sausage. I came home and didn’t eat right away. When I went to divide out a portion on the I noticed the noodles are mushy. I called back to see if I could bring the food back and just get a refund and the manager on duty Dina was very nasty and condescending. I let her know I would bring the food back and she told me since the pasta sat that’s why it’s soggy. However I order pasta from places all the time and it never gets soggy sitting cold. We just left Applebees and our waitress was Audrey SHE was excellent and she had pretty brown hair and we sat in a booth on the north side of the building she treated us great with our daughter thank you so much for having a great waitress Applebees we loved her we ordered some margaritas and they were excellent as well
It was very quiet. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. My food was to go with no utensils. I guess I eat with my hands 🤣
