I ordered foods To Go, it told me half an hour. I showed up in a 1/2 an hour. I had to wait 25 more minutes for my food. My burger bun was rock hard. My fries were cold. They did not put the bacon on my wife's bacon Chicken Sandwich. They also did not put the cheese dip in for my appetizers. They told me they'd remake the food. And I have to wait another 20 to 25 minutes for more food. No offer of a discount or refund for my time. They also told me I should have ordered my food in the morning which makes 0 sense.
My sister, niece and I went to the Mentor Applebee's and had a wonderful experience. Brittany, our server was great. She was very pleasant and we enoyed the interaction with her. Our food was hot when they brought it out and it came out quick. The managers checked on us a few times. The service at this location was superior compared to one of the other locations.
Rose was an excellent server. The bourbon chicken & chicken parm were delicious.
Jason was our server and he is an amazing person. As he was very patient, helpful, and even recommended some dishes to us. We will absolutely be returning due to the cleanliness, friendliness, and all around great vibe that was with us, as the food was cooked to perfection and flavorful too. *2 new photos*
