I can honestly say I’m very sad to write this we went to Applebees today in mentor for lunch we were seated immediately but wasn’t given silverware we then placed our order and we ordered two beverages from the bar and it took almost an half hour just for them to make them and it wasn’t even full house then when our food came my husband ordered the oriental chicken salad and with grilled chicken and there was no grilled chicken and we were told fresh breadsticks were coming yet we never got fresh breadsticks then the manager... read more
I’ll never come here again, waited over 40 mins n no interaction watch everyone else get there food.
Well, I guess not every restaurant needs business stopped in here couple minutes before 6 o’clock hoping to get some half prize appetizers. They waited to come and take care of you till it was after six and I asked for the deal and she left and never came back after sitting there for a long time I just left without any food. Never ask me if I want something to drink or eat after that it was over. One of my entrees came out of the kitchen cold and the night shift manager on 10/18/25 decided it would be a good idea to microwave the entire plate. Microwaved bread sticks yum. I paid for fresh cooked food not cooled down and microwaved food. This is this locations second strike for me due to issues with the kitchen.
