The food was not good
Issues any time I order delivery. Sent an email but no response for days. Update: They gave me a link to further explain the issue and they’d get back to me. Well, I was promised a gift card over a week ago and they never sent it & additionally stopped replying to my emails. They told me to reach out last Monday if I didn’t receive it, so I did, and they have been silent since and tomorrow marks a week since last Monday. Good food, and atmosphere.
I had stopped going to this location up until my great experience last night I ordered the double crunch shrimp my only minor complaint would be better presentation the fries were just thrown on top of the shrimp - however the shrimp did not disappoint I also noticed better illumination in the restaurant & saw a familiar face long time manager took time to advise me of upcoming upgrades & new staff much appreciated sorry I forgot her name - I will definitely be returning.
