My chicken broccoli alfredo arrived with no chicken. Called and restaurant insisted I ordered it that way. Ridiculous! Our bill clearly showed order at full price. No replacement, no refund. Terrible experience. Will never deal with Applebee's again.
Staff looked depressed (shocking in this economy, I know), spread thin but managing ok. Food was typical of any other applebees.
It's Applebee's...what more is there to say. Service was great and friendly!
