We were here over an hour on a Friday night. And it wasn't busy at all. Took 5 minutes for us to be greeted by our server, another 15 to get our drinks, another 15 for the apps, which were placed at the same time as the drinks and food, and another 15 for the food. It took an extra almost 30 minutes from ordering to receive one of the drinks....a simple Mountain Dew - that magically turned into a Pepsi upon arrival. Forever to get anything we asked for. All in all, a belad experience.
We came back after being invited due to having literal raw chicken last time. This time We had cooks beard hair in our salad and an expo person putting his hands in my pasta.
Not many people there today at 1pm. Service was extremely slow. Fries were hard/overcooked, burger was overcooked also. Asked for condiments with our order and again when the food came out. Had to get them from another employee, besides our server. Never received the honey mustard. If every experience is like this one, I would not recommend this location for dining.
Ordered a bourbon mushroom burger it didn’t even have mushrooms my boyfriend got 4 pieces of broccoli they took forever and the food was cold and they had no straws if I could rate this 0 stars I would!!
