Tried their dollar margaritas and ultimate trio with onion rings, wings, mozzarella sticks. Everything was just average.
When I hand the waitress a 50 on a 30 dollar bill and she doesn’t bring me change and assumes the whole thing is a tip…. Crazy
Absolutely unacceptable service. We were seated first and waited to be helped, yet our server repeatedly chose to wait on multiple white tables that arrived at least 10 minutes after us before even acknowledging we were there. We watched her greet them, take their drink orders, bring them their food, and check on them while we were left sitting and wondering if we were ever going to be served. Second or third time at Applebees in this location. Ronna B, our waitress, showed very little to no hospitality on our visit. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The marinara sauce was hotter than the food itself. Clearly microwaved and extremely unappetizing. The main course came by and we had ordered two chicken sandwiches to which both of them were hard, unable to even cut apart and entirely flavorless.
