Service was outstanding
I don't expect much from an Applebee's, but this one is especially terrible. I've been here three times, not by choice, but because it's the only outlet outside the gates in the airport. All 3 times, the beer draft taps are just for show (always "not working today"), the one single bartender/waitress is overwhelmed and curt, and the food is just underwhelming calories prepared with a "Who cares?" attitude. Obviously there are serious management issues because these problems could be easily fixed.
The food was good, but it took so long to get it very difficult situation when you’re trying to catch a plane severely understaffed. We were traveling with two little ones, and a Disabled adult.
