Okay, so we come here ALOT.. for whatever reason this is my daughter’s favorite place. And they used to have a great Manager Mia. But I have no idea what happened to her. Tonight… they were giving 30-40 minute waits with lots of open tables. And I 100% know it’s because they lack servers. I’d rather wait for a table and get great service and timely food, than sit quickly and have long wait times. The staff was friendly and the food came out pretty quick. No complaints and will visit again!
We have gone here several times. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results Loud music, ABOMINABLE service. long wait for food, only to either be cold, not correct, or you can't get the little things like an extra dressing. Just UTTERLY HORRIBLE.!!!
Got the OMCheese on the 2 for $25. Our waitress brought me out the wrong salad dressing for my salad and then told me they were out of what I originally requested. The main dish wasn’t what was advertised. A small portion of cheese on the side of plate then lifted up burger and it was stuck to the plate including some of my fries were stuck to the plate as well. What a mess and won’t be back! Stop advertising things that you can’t deliver on. The waitress was snarky and rude as well. Do better Applebees!
I like Applebee's and go there a few times out of the year for a inexpensive date night. However, last I went to a nearly empty restaurant last night and received subpar service. There were barely any noodles in my pasta, but then I saw an added ingredient and was completely disappointed. I don't know who was in charge last night at the Applebee's in HP off of 68, but you need to tighten up. I will not be back at that location for a long while.
