Gave silverware to table next to us. They gave them plastic forks and knifes . Food was well below par.
I was burned by my food (food was NOT steaming.) It exploded extremely hot juice. I left to put aloe on my face when my fiance was told by our server that I am “sensitive.” Terrible service. It used to be our go-to for a cheap and easy date night. They had to be pressured to comp a $13 sandwich. All they had to do was watch the tape. The neighborhood staff at Applebee’s always takes such fantastic care of me & my family! The food is also consistently good and a great overall value. The current owners recently remodeled the front of the house and outside of the restaurant, showing they truly care about this establishment.
Server was great, friendly and efficient.
