I usually wait to do reviews until I've eaten the food and experienced the full aspects of service. I've been sitting in this restaurant for over 30mins and have only consumed one orange juice. While my waitress (Alicia) is doing her part, the kitchen is failing miserably. I specifically said no pork products on my order (steak, potatoes and broccoli) 20mins wait for my 1st plate; it came out with bacon bits. I really love Applebee's. This one sucks! I still order from there due to location but I get pissed often. Moderate service in person, deliveries are hit or miss.
Went here for lunch yesterday with my wife and son at about 2:30 the staff were amazing the service was top notch and the food was good and it was nice and clean
Placed a to-go order for carry out on Jan 16, 2026 via the phone prompts. Easy. Walk in at the time expected to pay for my food in restaurant, showed my military ID for discount, the manager I could hear around the corner "like they can't come in and eat". No, I can't, nor does the rules state, discount for dine in only except during Veterans Day.
