Very friendly and personable server.
This is absolutely our last time in this place. Quite obviously ownership/management doesn’t care about their customers in the least bit. Last time (10 days ago) we were in, service was absolutely horrid but we thought we would try again since our friends bought us a gift card. We never even got seated nor did anyone even try to take our name. Stay away from this corporate crap they’re trying to push in Prescott. We’ll use our certificate in Phoenix or anywhere else but Prescott. Don’t frustrate yourself trying this place.
Went here for lunch on a weekday, figuring it shouldn't take long to have lunch before heading back to the valley. I was wrong. While the place wasn't very busy, the kitchen was not cranking the food out at a very fast rate. When the server brought our food out, he didn't not have my husband's burger. He made a lame excuse that since he ordered the burger medium, it will take a little longer! Live and learn!
