Only gave 1 star because I could not give 0 stars.
Usually, Applebee's has good service and dining there is a pleasant experience. I can only assume we were there on a freakish night of no management and staff with poor decision making skills. But on the he night we were there the service was slow and special asks (such as no cheese on a burger) were not followed.
Food was not as good at this location. Had to send my plate back. Husbands food was luke warm but he ate it since he is diabetic & already took his shot.
