I know it’s Applebee’s, so I don’t expect luxury service—but I do expect basic hospitality. There were 3 servers, 1 bartender, and 1 manager switching shifts, yet it took 35 minutes for a side Caesar salad, chicken wonton tacos, and a sweet tea. My main course was already sitting in the window, and my server forgot the appetizers completely—then served another table who came after me. It has been about 15 years since we ate at Applebee's because the food was nasty with horrible service. We ate at Applebee's this week because of convenience and was pleasantly surprised. We had the two for $25.00 and chose onion rings for the appetizer and the double cheese hamburger which came with tomato basil soup and fries. We had a wonderful meal thanks to Susan! She made sure we were taken good care of. Our meal was delicious and the customer service was top notch.
