To whoever owns this franchise, I feel bad for you. Check your schedules and see who the male manager on duty was on 3.28 in the evening. We were there around 10:30 PM. Whoever that manager was needs to be terminated immediately. This is from an outsider looking in. Go back and watch your camera footage. We received a delivery order that was gifted to us at my place of employment. The Bourbon chicken pasta with Andouille sausage. Was sub-par, to say the least. Pasta was mushy, and it wasn't sauced throughout just on the bottom. Not appetizing at all. Called to speak to the manager, Josh, and he wouldn't take the call. Terrible hamburger way overcooked it ordered it medium rare came back well done very dry don't even try ordering a steak they'll ruin that too don't eat at this Applebee's in Strongsville
