All of the delivery orders (Doordash, UberEats…) are obnoxiously late. Literally 20+min late on a constant basis. Last time I complained it was better for maybe one week and then they went back to their old ways. Your store is not doing these orders correctly. They should be timed for about when the driver arrives. All other Applebee’s in the area do not have this problem. Somebody please actually address this. I could lose my job because of your negligence.
The staff were wonderful and very helpful, the food was delicious cooked to perfection.
Our server, Khadeeha was absolutely a joy & very professional. Emily. The bar manager was also great & Lori, the GM was extremely nice & funny. I love Applebee's & will be back soon
Order via phone ASKED LIKE 10 TIMES to make sure A1 steak sauce with my Rib Eye they assured me it would be. No steak sauce with order to me consider bad service or incompetent waitress. Either or needs to be corrected!.
Ordered take-out. The ribs in the rib platter were charred and inedible. The restaurant agreed to refund the cost of the entree. Refund received 5 days later.
