The service was slow to seat us, and our food took 45 minutes to come out. Our appetizer came out with our food. We did not get any refills. This would be understandable if it were busy, but the restaurant was maybe a quarter full. The food was decent, nothing amazing. It was similar to any other Applebee's.

They need a new manager, someone that knows how to work their digital register system, clearly this female manager, didn’t know how to work the register to take off a item that was not supposed to be there, I went there with another person we had the same meal and drinks, my check was double then what the other person was, when I inquired about it.
