Walked in, 4 of us, literally 4 tables of people sitting, rest of the place was empty, was told 15 minutes wait time, this place already not that good, wow, downtown suffolk restaurant options are no good

Only 5 tables taken, 3 people at the bar, and still told a 5-10 minute wait with so many tables available. Ignored by every waitress and hostess while just trying to ask a question about the menu. No welcome to our restaurant or any welcoming service just a “it’s gonna be a 5-10 minute wait.” After 20 minutes we left, feeling ignored and unappreciated as repeat customers for years now. I ordered the Bourbon street chicken & andouille sausage penne. It supposed to come with red and green bell peppers and sausage but it did not. Server kept coming every 5 minutes to check on me and it became annoying after the 3rd time BEFORE the food even came out. The food did taste good though despite the kitchen running out of bell peppers and sausage.
