I just did a 10 and a half hour drive and decided to stop at Applebee's by my hotel. I ordered a meal to go, when I returned to my room and began to eat I noticed my steak wasn't well done like I asked. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Tom, I explained to him the situation and told him I was too tired to go back up there. Tom had my entire meal remade and threw in a blonde. We went for lunch around 3pm. I've heard the service is hit or miss, but our waitress was outstanding and the manager checked on us too, so nice! We ordered the Fiesta lime chicken which was so good! The om cheese burger was the best! We had a good experience
