Food is not worth what it's priced! very stale and no flavor at all. If you order the steak and mashed potatoes, the mash potatoes are dehydrated! All they do is put water! A very small piece of steak will be served to you... The service was very good and very attentive the host at the door where rude and not well trained, they asked for how many and continued on talking to the crewmate for more than 10 sec's. Not worth it, very bland food
I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our server ( Jesus V) was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.
Thursday night we ordered a riblet platter and was given the wrong size. We contacted the store and the manager Tony was amazing! He was very respectful, honest, and sincere about the whole situation. Tony provided his personal number to us so that he can replace the entire meal at our convenience. Today we picked up our order and Tony come out himself to apologize again hand us our order. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Tony!
I have been here a few times already over the past year and every time we have gotten great service and good food! Definitely my favorite Applebees to come to in El Paso.
