Me and my family had dinner at this location. Let me say that the dining experience was superior. Samantha was takin care of us really good. Food was excelente and the atmosphere was just right.The Music and the Lightning was perfect for me and my family to have a great time. Also the general manager Marty went and check on us twice making sure we were talking care of. Thank you for everything.
Me and my wife we had the best steaks since we moved to El Paso. We did call the cook to Congratúlate him for that and give him a tip. Also Valerie did a awesome job taling care of us. The atmosphere was really nice and to compliment the great experience the general came to check in our table to make sure we were doing okay. We’ll be back!
Gabby was amazing. We had a reservation at a different restaurant and claimed that a reservation was never placed. We were a party of 40. We were celebrating Eastlake Seniors baseball players and family. Gabby and her staff took care of us and was able to accommodate us immediately. She was able to salvage our night. The boys had a great time. The food and service were excellent. We are very grateful for the wonderful service we receive!!
This applebee's has the only drive thru window for pickup in the city. Do not use it. My wife and I received the driest, saddest chicken alfredo pasta I've ever seen, it had almost zero alfredo sauce. The buffalo wings were old, cold, and not even sauced. They forgot to give us our salsa for the chips and on top of all that the worker at the widow was rude. We won't be eating at this location anymore
food was good. service was amazing by my server . i forgot her name (im sorry) but we asked for them to sing happy birthday to my daughter that just turned 15. and server came back saying that all the crew didn’t want to come sing happy birthday. my server was very empathetic about it, it’s not her fault but i think if you guys do that as a company you guys should sing to everyone that is there birthday . we weren’t playing around that it wasn’t her birthday . need better teamwork around there and management should of made t... read more
