I placed an order online. I came after my pick up time and nobody was at the desk and there were several people waiting. When she finally came she told us they were backed up. When i finally got my food, i went to the car to check that my good was correct only to find that my appetizer was missing the quesadillas. I went back inside and explained. We decided to go here to enjoy a sports game while eating, they stated they would “ask” as if it was a problem. Then no one came to even introduce themselves or ask if we wanted to at least put in our drink order for over 10 minutes! So we left
First time back to Applebee's in year. And wow has it improved. Such a clean and friendly environment. Server was incredible. We came in for the all you can eat. Food was delicious, hot, fresh and fast. Reorders came out quickly. Definitely worth the money.
