The food was just okay. This is my third time here, first time alone. I ordered the Mexican tres leches pancakes. I went in wanting blueberry pancakes, but most of their berry pancakes have a glaze on them and I refuse to eat glaze. It tastes so artificial. So that was definitely disappointing. My server was nice enough and got the drinks I requested for me, but she kept calling me "babe" and when I asked for a to-go cup for my lemonade, she brought me a to-go coffee cup. Which, baffled me. 3 of us having dinner. 1 got their food about 10 mins before the other 2. Ordered my steak medium, it was overcooked by about 15 mins. I could barely cut the meat. Awful experience

After taking our order, our server never returned. There were 3 other tables of people she was waiting on. It was not busy. A different server brought our food. My husband's meal was wrong. It took many minutes to flag our waitress to show here. He got 6 Oz medium well steak and green beans verses the 8oz medium steak and broccoli he asked for. Took four kids here and none of them would eat the pizza. You know it's a bad pizza when not one kid would eat it. Look at that sponge, clearly it came frozen. Also, they got the wrong sauce on chicken tenders for another kid. No need to bring me some barbecue sauce when the ranch was already spilled on them when you brought it to the table. Finally, only orange crayons for the kids menus? Just go to Cowboy Jacks where food is made fresh and as ordered, and kids can have more than one color to entertain themselves on the kid... read more
