The last 4 times I went I've had problems between the service, food or the wait. This last time I went, tonight 10/30/25, I got there at 7pm, ordered about 7:15, and we waited. After a little bit my mom, sister, her husband and my kids got their food and I waited. The waiter said they made it to go and it sat back there and got cold. Great food was fast and very nice staff
3rd time in a row I’ve had to go inside and grab my food myself. This time the carside guy literally walked out, stared at the cars in the carside parking lot, and then just walked back inside without saying a word to any of us. Maybe don’t have a sign on to go orders that says “please don’t take food out of here yourself” if you’re not going to bring the food outside to people.
The food taste like it’s frozen and heat up in microwaves. The quality of ingredients has gone drastically downhill. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the food sucks.
