I am writing to formally report an incident of highly unprofessional conduct I experienced at your establishment on October 17,2025 at approximately 8:15-8:20pm. Upon completing my meal and preparing to exit the premises, I was physically blocked from leaving by an employee stationed near the door (a bald-headed male). I’ve been coming to this Applebee’s since my teenage years, usually with my girls to hang out, chat, and enjoy some drinks. It’s been a while since my last visit, so I decided to stop by again. The wait was a bit long, but that’s to be expected since it was a Friday night and, with the BBQ spot closed, this is basically the only big sit-down restaurant in the Junction.
