I always have a love hate relationship with Applebee's. If the service is great it makes for a great dining experience. This is one of those times where our service was lackluster. Our server was going through the motions. I ordered food and only part of it came out and once I got the 2nd half I was pretty much done. Refills was a luxury. For the $80. I spent I would like to feel like I deserved a better dining experience
The service and food was great! Tonya was amazing! She made us feel welcome she was very polite, friendly and smiling. She was very attentive to our needs and it was six of us. We were from Cleveland and made us feel like we were at our neighborhood Applebee's at home.
