Updating a review from last night so it's under my wife's Google account, sorry! We had a bad experience last night so we decided to come back and try it again. Our one and only favorite server Jamie was working tonight, we asked for her table and she on top of the request. Our server Jamie is always amazing, above and beyond, always attentive. Went for dinner and took an hour plus to get our food. Some of it was cold. Was told we where waiting for skillets to free up. Not acceptable
Ok, so I am giving absolutely no stars for Applebee’s of Geneseo but sadly I had to give one! THIS PLACE DOES NOT DESERVE ANY KIND OF STARS!!! We have been going there for years since open, had a few bad service with employees but this is the worse! My wife went in early to get a booth for us and was treated like crap. I went in after and was basically told she was somewhere, I found her myself. We waited for 10min, not a single server came over to ask about drinks or appetizers.
