My mom and I used to come to this location all the time, but we recently stopped because the service has noticeably gotten worse. When we walked in, there were maybe 2–4 other people in the restaurant, so it definitely wasn’t busy. Yet it took about 5–10 minutes just for someone to seat us, and another 5–15 minutes just to get drinks. The food took even longer after that. Decided to go to our local Applebees last night in anticipation of a decent, quick, easy-going meal. However, we were instead met with a disorganized, rushed and unfortunate experience. The hostess was very kind but her ability to handle waiting customers could use some improvement. It may not be a bad idea to write down customer names and the size of their party so a customer can anticipate their waiting period.
