I am writing to share my experience at your establishment last night while watching the finals game. My guest and I arrived around 8:00 PM and were disappointed with the service throughout the evening. The bartender on duty was unfriendly, unresponsive, and repeatedly ignored us when we tried to get her attention. When I ordered a seltzer water, it was served in a dirty glass with a chipped rim. Was not happy with the $15.99 all you can eat. The riblets were tough and the shrimp were small.
Waited 10 minutes to be sited had to leave to another restaurant. by the way it was pretty much empty poor service
Really great service and atmosphere The food was delicious, my favorite is the pasta with the the chicken tenders I think it was the 4 cheese mac and honey chicken My friend ordered a mobile pickup and Melissa made sure his order was ready and prepared She is a great person there
Melissa is a great carside server very quick
