Except for the manager Matt, it was a horrible experience on my son’s birthday. The waiter Steve was MIA couldn’t get appetizer plates for 2 additional people. Couldn’t get napkins or water for myself I sat for 20minutes before receiving a drink/beer while kids were having water. Food came out not the way we ordered it even though one of the boys had an allergy other kid didn’t get to eat with us because his food came way after our food including the 2 incorrect burgers so basically no one got to eat together. Our server Jay was very lovely, she gets a 10/10. However, the hostess tonight was very unwelcoming. From the moment we walked in, we said hello with no greeting in return and she just rolled her eyes and walked us to the table. The whole time we sat it felt very unwelcoming and as if the hostess wanted us to leave urgently, but we got there 2 hours before closing.
