The GM Mr. Dwayne has an amazing staff that truly treat you like family. . Even though our 10 kids would love to come back every week we did at least stop by with the youngest one to get their amazing cheese sticks and french fries
our server Gigi made this a very pleasant an Ed satisfying visit. Service was quick and very attentive to our needs. Most of all Gigi was pleasant and friendly. The manager on duty, Patty was checking on us as well to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
It was a great experience. Upon entering the hostess was warm and welcoming. Very friendly and no wait time. Patty also took my drink order. The waitress, Gigi was equally friendly. Took my order and I didn’t have to wait long for my food. Everything came out perfect. It was a pleasurable eating experience. Both Patty and Gigi are a great asset to Applebee’s
Walked in and was at down immediately. After 15 mins of it being greeted or noticed we walked out. Restaurant was not busy, multiple associates walked past us. A simple “hey we will be right with you” goes a long way.
