My husband and I went here for dinner last night. The restaurant was not packed at all, maybe a total of 16 people. We waited about 25-30 minutes for our meal to make it to the table. When it finally did, I found a beard hair in my grilled chicken. I brought it to the trainee waitress’ attention and she stated she would send a manager out. Got a Togo order while traveling and needed a stretch break. Very fast, friendly service and warm delicious food. I would definitely stop in if family with me when traveling. I had all but given up on Applebee's because the ones close to home seem to not care about the customer.... here I can see, feel and taste the difference. Thank you. (One who was losing hope in all fast and medium food order restaurants)

I ordered online. Showed up 10 minutes past my pick up time online. Was told it would be another 15 minutes because some kitchen staff didn’t show up and they are backlogged. I waited for another hour before my food was ready. Went back to my hotel and it was obvious the food was sitting under the warmer for quite some time. Everything was overcooked and dry. My son’s yogurt was liquified. Half the dinning room was empty. I won’t be back to this Applebees.
