I visited Applebee’s with my family on August 26th, and overall, it was a really positive experience. We were seated within about five minutes, which was reasonable, and our waitress (Lovely) was fantastic. She greeted us warmly, took our drink orders right away, and kept a pleasant and upbeat attitude throughout the meal. She made sure our order went to the kitchen quickly, and even though the food took a little longer than usual, it was clear the staff was short-handed that evening, which made the delay understandable. Overall, everything was yummy, my family, and I enjoyed our dinner.
I spent $80 for our food & will never return to this location again, the food was awful cold, under cooked, and old. It took 40 minutes for appetizers with only 3 tables at the restaurant. The water our waitress kept bringing out was soda water. The young lady with long black hair knew this was an issue & didnt tell us until after we drank it.
