Unfortunately, my experience at Applebee’s was disappointing. The food made me sick afterward, which definitely put a damper on the visit. The rice on the fiesta lime chicken was hard and old. On the positive side, Tyler provided great service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. It’s a shame the food didn’t match the level of service.
Do not go here . Me and my husband are both violently ill with food poisoning. Our server Tyler was great but the food was gross and old . I’m a chef and this was unacceptable and nasty .
They honestly seem to have improved the service or something, because my husband and I go much more often now, and it's been great lately. We've had two guys as our servers recently, and they have been amazing. The food has been good and fresh, which we've usually had no problems with, though it was mostly just slow service before. The hostess has been a sweet woman at the same time and she's great. The place has been clean as well.
