Went to the Rowlett location we usually enjoy ourselves my wife and I walked in and no one greeted us we ended up seating ourselves and moments later flagged an employee down which later turned out to be the restaurant manager we asked to be served so he got someone she asked us what we were having to drink and said she would return with menus but never did later the manager walked by my wife flagged him down that's when we found out who he was and told him what occurred he seemed to not care so we asked for our check for th... read more
Great
So yesterday I took my daughter to Applebee’s and we both ordered the cheeseburgers meals and I server was Dez this is how it went. sweet tea was not good. Our food was a little bit salty I server came to the table like 6 times just to talk and stand there while we was eating I really couldn’t even eat my food so I just told my daughter let’s just leave, because I don’t like the simple fact where he just kept walking up to the table talking to us over our food talking about what food is good and we should never ordered the c... read more
Disappointed in the overall experience. Appetizers and entrees came out at all different times, wrong meals were brought out, poor quality food, and just very unorganized kitchen staff. The music also was not good either, it was aggressive rap. However, our waitress, Lesa, very nice, understanding, and tried to make it a better experience.
