Cuando llegamos tardaron 20 minutos en darnos una mesa, no estaba lleno el lugar y aún así tardaron en darnos una mesa, yo pienso que fueron racistas porque 5 minutos después de que nos dieron una mesa llegó otra familia con características estadunidenses y no tardaron ni un minuto, fuera de eso la comida está muy buena y el ambiente se siente confortable
I ordered food through Online. Disappointing experience. The Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp was the only item we enjoyed. The wings were very hard, the fries tasted stale, and the Broccoli Chicken Alfredo did not seem fresh. The fried items also had a strong old-oil taste. Unfortunately, this was not the quality I expect from Applebee's, and I won't be ordering from this location again.

We came in for the rib special and enjoyed our dining experience.
This is the second time with bad experience. Ordered our drinks and food as they took a while to come to the table. Food comes first and we remind the lady our drinks are not here yet. They bring it almost at the end when we were finishing up. Then we decide to leave and ask for boxes. They come with boxes but not bag to carry.
