I stopped in yesterday after work. Worst experience ever. My server cared more about his coworkers then us. Not a well mannered person either. He came over took our drink order then brought our drinks over. I had my toddler with us and he failed to give us nessary items like a straws and napkins. Then we gave our food order. 5-Star experience! Love this Applebee's managed by Jack L Bender. Service, food, and environment all 5-Star. We are frequent customers here, and have singled out favorite foods: the appetizer chicken wonton tacos are the best appetizers we have ever had anywhere! The double crunch shrimp is my go-to main meal, even though I have tried many other meals here... I was very disappointed in my entire order tonight it was getting late all of us were hungry figured let's get Applebee's again we had tried there meal deals a few weeks prior ordered same order 3 burger meals and 1 chicken all 3 burgers were supposed to be made the same we wanted them with no pink in the middle they make you specify when you order on line every 1 had pink and the chicken sandwich was supposed to have no lettuce and tomato and got home it's fully loaded and it was to late to call and complain about to get kn... read more
