The food sucked again . Riblets were burnt and dried out . My son's steak was like chewing on a rubber tire . I said before I wasn't going back to that one because of the quality of the food but I gave them another chance . It will not happen again we're never going back to that one .
Ashley at the bar was great , immediately looked at my coworker I was having lunch with and said why dont we come here more often .. after discussing not eating Applebee's in decades, we thought it was chili's at first but just gave it a go & Ashley was worth the stop, she is customer service focused and a gem. I jokingly said I need your schedule I want to come back just to eat with you. Thank you Ashley for a great meal, care & conversation

It took me days to figure out how to put a review because normally I do not but I had placed a to go order here and was waiting for my food when I witnessed a situation that blew my mind. I was standing by the stairs waiting on my food and if I am not mistaken her name tag read Paige. She had just walked up and was smiling saying hello, being very respectful and there was an older lady to her left by computer.
