Recent remodel has somehow gravely affected their service. They shut down one week - cooks can’t seem to get food out - then comes out cold 1.5 hrs after being ordered. Lots of apologies from server then manager. It was obvious Door Dash orders were continuing out the door while several in store patrons waited and waited. The host should let people know when they walk in the door if the kitchen is slow.
The one in greenwood/ 135 was the best Applebee's, great service & food
Loud atmosphere and semi-confused staff. Plan on waiting for a table too which will probably be sticky.
Went for dinner with my family, we were seated and never once were we waited on, there were 2 waiters we saw working our section they both kept waiting on other tables and even saw us and walking past as we were seated in the middle, one went and greeted and waited on another family who came in probably 10 minutes after us while we were still waiting for someone to even come over and take our drink order. After 25 minutes of no waiter, no even i will be with you momentarily and 2 hungry kiddos we left. I have never gotten up... read more
